ATTENTION CLINICIANS
The Psychiatric Service Dog Society is launching a clinicians-only listserv for purposes of discussing prescription protocols and uses of Psychiatric Service Dogs among psychiatric patients (aka clients or mental healthcare consumers). Such a listserv will facilitate networking among clinicians whose clients are utilizing (or who seek to utilize) Psychiatric Service Dogs and stimulate discussion about possible research avenues that may be pursued in our efforts to better understand the efficacy of Psychiatric Service Dogs vis a vis refractory symptoms management. Application for membership to this listserv is subject to approval by the President of the Psychiatric Service Dog Society, Joan Esnayra, Ph.D. If you are a clinician and would like to join the online discussion group, please send an email to Joan requesting subscription to the listserv. Be prepared to provide evidence of your clinician status. Only those who can document their eligibility for the listserv will be permitted to join the group.
